On daily basis; the Recruiters/HR Managers/Talent Acquisition Managers receive umpteen of resumes. As an HR personnel I also come across multiple resumes daily. Let me allow to say that some are quite irksome. Why? I will define here about the common mistakes that one must elude prior to sending resume.

  1. Spelling Mistakes and grammatical errors:

Please be watchful and absolutely shun the spelling errors as well as grammatical/linguistic inaccuracies. It can certainly put off the prospective employer. While observing such blunders, I instantly feel that you will not be adequately cautious while representing our company. This careless attitude can certainly spoil reputation of our company. No matter how qualified or experienced you are, nonetheless, if you write wrong spelling in resume; it would be a resume crime
